April 2024 marks 15 years since Rutherford Briant was founded — and we’re reflecting on the journey with immense pride.
The business launched in April 2009 during the UK recession, when the recruitment industry contracted over 15%. Founded by Toby and Donna Briant, the philosophy was clear from day one: “If we are going to start a recruitment business in a recession, we had better be bloody good!”

Our first FTSE-listed client remains a preferred supplier to this day, with consistent placements throughout our 15-year history.
