We are delighted to announce that Rutherford Briant won the Recruitment Company of the Year under £2m at the APSCo Awards for Excellence 2022. CEO Toby Briant attended the awards ceremony on 20th September at the NatWest Conference Centre in London, where we were also shortlisted in the UK Support Service Team of the Year category.
The judges commended our dedication to excellence and noted we showed real passion in how we represent the staffing sector and look after our candidates and clients. The panel emphasised that the business maintains a strategic growth plan and strong infrastructure, predicting significant expansion ahead.
Toby expressed gratification about the dual nominations and recognition, stating the award demonstrates the company’s resilience through the pandemic and its establishment as a regional recruitment leader. He credited the achievement to the team’s efforts in building sustained relationships with clients and candidates.
