Are you an experienced IT Support Technician? Do you have experience supporting cloud solutions and trouble shotting network configurations? Are you able to offer 1st class customer service and help users to problem solve?
We are working with an international Digital Import/Export business with an office in Kent. You will be working within a tightknit Helpdesk, across the UK. This would suit someone that has experience in 1st/2nd line, has a passion for cloud technologies and can support a migration from a legacy Linux system too.

- Respond to helpdesk tickets, prioritise and resolve with excellent customer service.
- Routine system maintenance, including updates, backups and optimisations.
- Document IT procedures and solutions for the knowledge base.
- Integrate cloud solutions into existing infrastructure.

- Experience supporting cloud solutions, ideally Azure.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong networking experience
- Previous experience in migrations (from Linux would be ideal)
