Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will…
• Ensure that weekly and monthly sales reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete regular supplier statement reconciliations and process the supplier invoices.
• Process payments through CHAPS and BACS, ensuring accurate data entry for daily transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding fees and updating debtor balances.
Requirements:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will need…
• A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• An understanding of Access Accounting and Xero.
• To be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients in-person and over email and telephone.
