Responsibilities:
As a VAT Manager. you will…
- Prepare and review complex VAT returns and annual adjustments
- Offer advice to clients on various VAT areas such as VAT treatment of transactions, place of supply of services queries, contract reviews
- Advise on property issues, including new builds, building works, capital goods scheme, option to tax, sales (and TOGCs), and cost issues.
- Respond to questions from clients and team members on a range of issues.
Requirements:
As a VAT Manager, you will need…
- Strong VAT experience across various technical and complex areas
- Ideally hold a relevant qualification (CTA, AIIT), though Qualified by Experience can be considered
- Ability to work and liaise with HMRC on Tax Dispute issues
