Sales Administrator
Nevendon - Site based - Monday to Friday
23000 to 27000 per annum
I am currently working with a well established business based around Nevendon, on the look out for a Sales Administrator to join their team. As the Sales Administrator, you will be supporting and working closely with their sales team undertaking the following duties:
- Processing orders and managing client expectations in terms of timelines
- Tracking and logging all customer information accurately onto the internal CRM
- Liaising with customers via telephone or email regarding updates or any queries that may arise
- Working closely with internal departments for up to date information for client communications
As the Sales Administrator, you will have the following experience:
- Experience in a Sales Support, Administrative or Customer Service (or similar) roles that require high attention to detail and order management skills
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- Thrive in a fast paced customer driven environment
- Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels
