Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Manager, you will…
- Processing clients Payroll and processing BACS payments
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients liaising on payroll. Employment and other matters
- Processing starters, leavers, holiday pay, pension deductions using SMP/SPP/SAP and SSP. Issuing P45’s, P60’s
- Calculations of Tax and NIC contributions
- Supervising the work of the Payroll administrator
Requirements:
As a Payroll Manager, you will need…
- Previous experience of end-to-end payroll in an accountancy practice or bureau
- Good knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions
- Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll laws
- Sage and Xero experience
