We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join a fast-paced finance team on a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Responsibilities: As a Financial Controller, you will…
- Prepare and produce full sets of management accounts for entities across the UK and Ireland
- Handle month-end procedures including journals for depreciation, accruals, prepayments, stock, and salaries
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process VAT returns and manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations
- Provide financial analysis, including Sales vs Cost of Sales, and forecasted Group Gross Profit

- Proven experience in producing full sets of management accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of VAT returns, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage and review financial data for multiple entit
