Amanda is a Director at Rutherford Briant and holds responsibility for all Operational business functions including HR, Marketing & L&D, IT & Technology for both Rutherford Briant and Rutherford Briant Executive. Amanda is committed to ensuring quality standards in every aspect of the business and is driven by continually improving our approach to excellent customer service.
Before working at Rutherford Briant, Amanda held various positions within a range of recruitment businesses from start-up executive search consultancies to national SMEs. More recently, she advanced her expertise within a global management consultancy firm, serving some of the worlds’ most influential businesses and institutions.
In her tenure to date Amanda has project managed a number of key initiatives for Rutherford Briant including:
- A transparent matrix system tailoring individual learning and development, fast-tracking personal progression.
- A full consultation and review of the Rutherford Briant Employee Benefits package, resulting in a market-leading, regionally, unmatched offering.
- Launched the Rutherford Briant re-brand, reflective of the evolution of the business and its growing, diverse and dynamic team.
Outside of work
Outside of work Amanda enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen, dabbling in interior design, and spending time with her husband and young sons.
