Andy is our Executive Director, growing our executive search offering across the region with a focus on Essex and its surrounding areas.
With a background in finance himself, Andy previously worked in banking and finance supporting a range of SME businesses across the Essex region in addition to holding a finance and operational role for a growing privately owned business in the import / export sector.
Andy is already very well known throughout Essex, Herts and the South East having been a prolific accountancy and senior hires recruiter in the region for over 9 years.

Outside of work
Andy loves spending time with his family, watching his son play football (both huge Liverpool fans!), and taking his labrador for long walks. He is a keen golfer and has followed The Barmy Army around the world watching England play cricket.
