Louis is one of our Recruitment Managers, recruiting across Hertfordshire & Essex and specialising in all level finance positions on a permanent basis. Louis joined Rutherford Briant in 2017 as an Apprentice Consultant with an unusual background of working in a sawmill! During his 6 years to date he has achieved multiple employee of the month awards, best newcomer and employee of the year.

Outside of work
Louis is a keen martial artist specialising in Shotokan Karate, having over 17 years’ experience and running his own club for 4 of those years. Through the discipline and motivation, he has learnt, he has easily applied this through his role as a consultant here. Most recently, having moved into his first house he has been learning the art of DIY, along with spending time with family on the weekends, not to forget the family dog Pepsi! Aside from this, Louis is a huge Liverpool fan and also enjoys travelling abroad.
