He has a wealth of recruitment experience and has been operating within East Anglia for the last 10 years. As a previous commercial bank manager, he has a great understanding of how businesses/charities work and a key understanding of the finance departments, as well as an extensive network of candidates and clients.

Matt loves to spend time with his wife Sophie and daughter Florence. She’s 18 months old and Matt loves to watch her character grow each day. Matt also hasa schnoodle called Reggie, so with the 3 of them there is always something to do!
