Toby is the founder of Rutherford Briant, responsible for building the team up from humble beginnings as a two-person business in 2009, to the great multi-discipline team that we have today.
Toby started his recruitment career over 20 years ago and remains as passionate about helping clients build even better businesses through attracting the best hires possible, whilst enabling candidates to achieve their career goals and maximise their professional potential.
