I love working for RBR as it feels like a home for me. Within my first few weeks I felt like part of the team, that’s not always easy to find. Not only is the team fantastic but the business really looks after it’s employees. At times we have so many incentives and benefits it’s hard to remember them all. Working in a sales driven environment can be lonely when commission is king, but RBR has somehow managed to bring a group of very confident and driven people together and encourages them to work congenially.
