We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit a Treasury Supervisor to join their team of 5, within a wider team of over 50.
With a number of recent projects and nearly doubling the size of their team, they are on the lookout for a Treasury Supervisor for their Essex based office. This position will report into the Treasury Manager within a team of 6, within a wider team of over 50. Operating on 3 days in, 2 days from home hybrid model, flexi working and a bonus incentive.
Responsibilities -
- Supervise a team of 2 initially, with growth potential
- Bank reconciliations, cash allocation, processing payments, general ledger entries
- Collect supplier guarantees
- Processing of payments within online banking platforms including AP runs, payroll or one-off payments, coordination of daily treasury queries
- Assist with all internal and external audit requests
- Prepare reporting for the balance sheet FX exposure
- Assist in Cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities, assisting the Treasury Manager to identify variances
- Bank administration and regulatory reporting when required
Requirements:
- Experience managing a small team
- FX experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excel skills
- Experience in a large corporate or group business
