Are you a dynamic, ambitious AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA studying professional seeking to further your experience as a Finance within a fast-growing organisation?

We are partnered exclusively with an award-winning wholesale business whose state-of-the-art offices are based in Farringdon as they look to recruit a Finance Manager to join their newly established finance function.

They are ideally looking to recruit an ACCA/CIMA studying professional who has gained solid experience within all round accounts and is eager to progress with their career and take on further responsibilities as well as gain exposure to commercial aspects of the business.

Our client is offering a salary between £45,000 and £55,000, as well as study support and a wide range of competitive benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Producing the monthly management accounts including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, fixed asset maintenance.
  • Identifying various projects and leading them alongside the Financial Controller Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documentation.
  • Measuring the company’s financial performance based on financial records.
  • Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management.
  • Performing audits of departments within the organisation.
  • Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers.


Requirements:

  • AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified.
  • 2+ years of experience within Management Accounts.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ambition to progress with career in Accountancy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
