Responsibilities:
As the Finance Manager, you will…
- Working closely with the finance director and the SLT, providing monthly analysis against company performance targets
- Managing the half-year and year-end annual accounts process including the completion of any audit requirements
- Working with external group auditors
- Developing business processes and accounting policies
- Processing and managing monthly payroll, including pension payments
- Processing and managing quarterly VAT returns
- Preparation of annual budgets for departments
Requirements:
As the Finance Manager, you will need…
- Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, having a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management.
- Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses.
- Proven examples of implementing new systems and strategies.
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified
