The role will lead the finance function and sit as part of a dynamic senior leadership team to drive growth and enhance financial performance, as well as leading strategic projects, closely aligned with the CEO and board.

Requirements:
As the Finance Director, you will need…
- To be an experienced Finance Director or CFO, ideally within a growing SME business
- Have exposure to exit planning, M&A, fund raising, etc
- To have a background in both technical and commercial accounting
- To be a driven and strategic thinker
