Responsibilities:
As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for -
- Cash management, whilst liaising with internal and external parties
- Calculating & processing and paying refunds for customers
- Payment/debt collections from customers
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Collaborating with internal and external parties whilst building a strong relationship across internal departments
- Research and respond to accounts receivable enquiries in a timely manner.
- Dealing with customer queries
Requirements:
As a Finance Administrator you will ideally have one of the following –
- Studying for AAT and seeking a finance role with a variation of admin, finance and operations
- Finance experience seeking a varied role
- Strong admin, basic finance and attention to detail
